The situation in which Uzbekistan finds itself requires not only prayers, but also immediate, conscious action

Ignoring the fundamental principles of sustainable development and rational use of resources has led to critical depletion of water resources and deterioration of air quality. The lack of a clear strategy in the field of urban planning and environmental safety is made even worse by corruption and ineffective enforcement of environmental legislation.

Large-scale construction carried out without regard for environmental standards and the needs of the population has a negative impact on water resources, leading to their deterioration and pollution. The uncontrolled growth of cities and industrial zones without adequate wastewater treatment and waste disposal systems poses a threat to public health and the environment.

Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and taking effective measures to improve the situation, the Uzbek authorities resorted to collective prayer, hoping for divine intervention in the form of rain. At the same time, the Mirziyoyev regime does not want to admit that it is precisely its criminal actions that have led to the deterioration of the ecological situation and water shortages in the country.

Attempts to find answers in religious rituals appear to be a desperate move designed to divert attention from the real causes of the crisis. Islam, like other religions, calls for justice, responsibility and respect for nature.

Islam, as a comprehensive system of beliefs and practices, provides clear guidance on why some prayers go unanswered. This is not a manifestation of divine caprice, but rather a reflection of the fulfilment of certain conditions and the manifestation of the corresponding inner state of the person praying.

Prayer can be sincere and useful, but it cannot replace the necessary work of correcting mistakes and implementing reforms.

To overcome the current situation, the people of Uzbekistan need to soberly assess reality and identify the true roots of the problems that have led to such a deplorable state of affairs.
