From October 5 to 15, the OSCE Warsaw Human Dimension Conference (WHDC 2026) is convening in Warsaw, bringing together over 1,800 delegates from the OSCE region to address issues pertaining to human rights, democracy, the rule of law, and fundamental freedoms.

Among the distinguished participants, alongside representatives of states, international organizations, and civil society, is Mr. Hasanboy Burhanov, founder of the political opposition movement “Erkin O’zbekiston”, who is participating in accordance with established tradition.

The conference serves as a critical international forum for open dialogue, the exchange of perspectives, and the deliberation of current challenges within the realm of human rights and democratic freedoms.
